4FAQ
In fact, a workpiece not only reflects the strength of a manufacturer, but also shows how it handles some details. For CNC lathe parts, if the manufacturer does not handle them well, then the processed parts are not usable. So, what should the manufacturer pay attention to during processing?
First, the burrs on the surface of the labor price. It can be said that many manufacturers tend to overlook this point. Many people ask what the part looks like when it comes out and what it will look like when the finished product is packaged. In fact, it is not the case. For a part, the cnc lathe processing is completed through equipment. Then, during injection molding, burrs will be produced, and these burrs are also generated at this time. If they are not trimmed in time, the part may be scrapped. Otherwise, it will also affect other links when in use.

Second, the accuracy of parts. For parts processed by CNC lathes, the accuracy is very strict. Only when the required precision is met can they be used. The evaluation of this precision mainly depends on its ability to control the dimensions. If the tolerance can fluctuate within the specified range, then the part is qualified. If it exceeds the tolerance, then it is unqualified.

Iii. Analysis of Test Results: For a component, before leaving the factory, it is bound to undergo a series of performance tests. If the performance is qualified, it will be released from the factory. If it is not qualified, some reasons should be analyzed. This can also avoid large-scale scrapping. Manufacturers in the processing industry basically handle it in this way Based on the performance of many companies, they will make certain quality control charts to analyze the reasons.
